After his graduation at the German Elektronen-Synchroton (DESY) in Hamburg in the summer of 2000, Dr. Heiko Hünnefeld first worked for Lufthansa Systems as a consultant for IBM Tivoli Management Software. This was followed by two years as a presales consultant for network management software at Riversoft Ltd, a company that was taken over by Micromuse Ltd. in late 2002. Since August 2004, Dr. Heiko Hünnefeld has been functioning as chief executive and technical director at serima Consulting in Hamburg, where his primary responsibility includes the successful realization of IBM Tivoli projects.

Due to his commercial training at Mercedes-Benz AG and his course of studies towards a certification as a Master of Business and Engineering at the University of Hamburg, Jörn Kettler has been familiarized with the business requirements and resulting IT services for twenty years. That was why he decided to specialize in IT service management and IT risk management at the end of the 1990s. Since then, Mr. Kettler has successfully completed projects in various companies in an advisory capacity. In 2003, serima Consulting GmbH in Hamburg was founded, where Jörn Kettler has been functioning as chief executive since then.
